Haqq Studio ("we", "us") runs haqqstudio.my. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
We only collect what you give us when you book a consultation or contact us:
- Your name, business name, email and WhatsApp number
- Your Instagram handle and country, if you share them
- Your answers about your business, needs, budget, goals and timing, and any notes you add
This site doesn't use advertising trackers, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
- To schedule and prepare for your free consultation
- To reply to you by email or WhatsApp about your enquiry
- To send a proposal and, if you become a client, to deliver our services
We won't add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Services we use
We use these trusted tools to run the business, so some of your information passes through them:
- Calendly: books your call and sends your confirmation
- Google (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive): email, scheduling and video calls
- HubSpot: keeps a simple record of our enquiries and clients
- YouTube: plays our videos in privacy-enhanced mode, and only when you press play
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies when you use it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years. We keep client records for as long as we work together, plus any extra period the law requires. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email haqq.visuals@gmail.com and we'll reply within 21 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
